Any strip light that is cut, modified, or altered by the customer will void the warranty.
This LED strip light may be supplied with an IP65 rating; however, the IP rating applies to the strip itself and does not guarantee that the complete installation is waterproof. Connection points, end caps, cable entries, and joints remain vulnerable to water ingress if they are not correctly sealed.
If you intend to install this strip light outdoors or in any location exposed to rain, moisture, or humidity, you must contact Ledtronix before installation. We will arrange with the supplier to professionally waterproof the strip light where required, ensuring it is suitable for your intended application.
Please note that installing this strip light outdoors without first contacting Ledtronix is done at your own risk. Any damage resulting from water or moisture ingress due to an outdoor installation that was not arranged through us is not covered under warranty. In such cases, the product warranty will be deemed null and void.
