Please Note: Due to the size and fragile nature of a single LED panel light, there is an increased risk of damage during transit, even when the product is securely packaged. While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your order before dispatch, we cannot guarantee that the courier will handle the parcel without incident.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged product so that we can assist you in lodging a claim with the courier where applicable.

For added protection during shipping, we recommend purchasing multiple panel lights, as they can often be packed more securely for transport.
