Helps to safely mount the Mesmerize 220V Neon Flex to ensure the product stays where it is installed to help maintain the desired effect. It also had the added benefit of acting like an additional heat sink.
109 SMD LEDs are mounted on to a durable FPC board with an 8mm wide heatsink to maintain heat control while reaching 8W every meter.
Newer technology brings better consistency in light colour and quality, over the length of the installed Neon Flex and over its burning hours, with a rating of SDCM < 4.
The 220V power supply yields an impressive power factor of 0.97 while maintaining maximum brightness for longer by better control over the LED chips.
The housing has been awarded an ingress protection rating of IP65, an impact protection rating of IK08 and an impressive an L70 of more than 30 000 hours
The product comes with a 1KV surge protection.
